Legislators Discuss Environmental Priorities
On April 15th at 7pm Sen. Dylan Fernandes and Rep. Michelle Badger, our newly elected and energetic representatives in the State Legislature, will present an educational forum courtesy of HPWA and hosted by SEMPBA on the environmental issues facing Massachusetts and particularly Plymouth. There will be plenty of time for you to ask questions and provide your concerns.
Dylan Fernandes had been the State Representative from Falmouth and the Islands for 8 years. As an advocate for clean water and air he was instrumental in passing many bills and securing millions of dollars of funding to protect people and our environment.
Michelle Badger served until recently as the Chair of the Plymouth School Committee and spent many years striving to ensure that Plymouth school children received quality educations while maintaining fiscal responsibility for the school budget.
Come join HPWA and SEMPBA at their Center Hill Preserve Headquarters (158 Center Hill Rd.) April 15th at 7:00 pm to hear about the environmental priorities and this years legislative issues, and for an opportunity to ask questions and make your concerns heard by these hard working young legislators.
This program will also be offered as a live Zoom presentation. Use this link to join: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/9896300188?pwd=lqxXQIlQQ4drs9YBnWuutsndtbERKm.1&omn=87997652200
